Restoring the Leadership of Teams

Cliff Wright Jr., MRP

Cliff Wright Jr. brings to CARES Learning Partnership a passion for developing leaders who can build, guide, and restore teams with wisdom, courage, and Consideration. As the Founder and Consideration Architect of CARES, Cliff’s work is shaped by a central conviction: leadership is not only about vision, strategy, or decision-making.

Leadership is about how people experience your presence, your power, your listening, and your care when the pressure is high.

Cliff’s expertise sits at the intersection of restorative leadership, team culture, conflict resolution, intergenerational communication, and organizational change. He helps leaders understand that healthy teams are not built by avoiding hard conversations, but by learning how to have them with dignity, clarity, and relational accountability. His work challenges leaders to move beyond control and charisma into self-awareness, emotional regulation, deep listening, and the disciplined practice of considering the needs, values, and dignity of others.

Through CARES, Cliff serves leaders, educators, ministry teams, nonprofit professionals, and organizations that want more than short-term motivation. He helps teams build trust, repair disconnection, navigate change, and create cultures where people can be honest, accountable, and fully engaged. Cliff represents the leadership of teams: forming leaders who do not simply manage people, but create the conditions for people to grow, contribute, and become the best version of themselves together.
